Onsomble plans scale with how much you use the product. Plan names and prices aren’t repeated here; they’re maintained on onsomble.ai/pricing, and the in-app plan picker always shows the current options. This page explains how plans behave: what entitlements are, where you’ll encounter them, and how to manage your subscription.

How entitlements work

Your plan grants a set of entitlements: limits on how much of each thing you can do.
  • Sites (or clients, on agency accounts): how many you can have active at once
  • Team seats: how many members and outstanding invitations your account can hold — managed on the Team page
  • Scan coverage: how many prompts and models each scan can include
  • Scan cadence: which recurring schedules are available
You’ll meet entitlements in context, not on an error page. When you’re at a limit, the relevant action (Add Site, Add Client, expanding a scan, picking a faster cadence) offers an upgrade with the options that would unlock it. Nothing you’ve already set up is ever taken away mid-cycle. Your first scan is free on every account, business or agency. It runs during onboarding with no card required. Free allowances differ between business and agency accounts, since the shape of usage differs.

Managing your subscription

From Settings → Billing, you can:
  • See which plan you’re on and when the next billing cycle is
  • Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel
  • Update the payment method on file
  • See usage against your entitlements

Upgrading

Upgrading takes effect immediately. You’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle and the new entitlements unlock straight away.

Downgrading

Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle; you keep your current entitlements until then. If your setup exceeds the new plan’s limits (more active Sites than the new plan allows, for example), you’ll be warned during the downgrade flow so you can plan ahead.

Cancelling

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your data is preserved (Sites, scan history, configuration), so if you reactivate later you pick up where you left off. If you need data deleted rather than retained, contact [email protected].

Billing for agency accounts

  • One subscription covers your whole portfolio. You’re not paying Onsomble per client, even when your clients are paying you for the work.
  • Usage rolls up across clients. Client counts, Sites, and scan usage are tracked at the agency level.
  • Client billing is your business. How you price the AI discoverability work for your clients is between you and them: you’re running the engagement.

Payment

Onsomble billing runs on Stripe and accepts the major credit cards. If a payment fails, you’ll get a window to update details before anything is interrupted. Data stays intact, but scans stop running until payment is resolved.
