The new Onsomble documentation site is live at docs.onsomble.ai, replacing the previous Nextra-based site. This is a foundation release — the structural shift to Mintlify, the rebrand to match the marketing site, and the first full pass of educational content covering both product pillars. Future entries on this changelog will cover product-level releases.

What’s new

Full documentation for both pillars

The site now has end-to-end coverage of:
  • Discoverability (AEO) — what AEO is, how to set up scans, how to read results, and how to act on recommendations
  • Workflows — knowledge content, action workflows, and the visual builder
Each pillar has a dedicated group in the sidebar with multiple pages walking through the core jobs in order.

Dedicated sections for agencies

A separate “For agencies” group covers the portfolio-level work that Maya does — onboarding clients, managing the portfolio dashboard, and producing client-facing reports. Where a procedure is the same as Sam’s, it links back to the canonical page rather than duplicating content.

Account & admin

Team access (with the four-role model), billing and plans (Scan / Grow / Pro), and notifications now have their own dedicated pages.

Concepts & reference

A deeper explainer on what AEO is and why it matters now, plus a glossary of the terminology you’ll see across the docs and product.

Educational tone, dark theme, Geist typography

The site is built on Mintlify’s “maple” theme, customised with Onsomble’s brand orange (#ff6b35), Geist typography matching the marketing site, and unbold display headings. All structural decisions are documented in plans/documentation-site/information-architecture.md so future contributors can follow the same patterns.

What’s next

Product-level changes — new features in scans, workflows, agency tools — will appear here as they ship. Entries focus on what’s changed for users, not internal refactors or infrastructure work.
